Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, begin the scenic drive to Bwindi through Uganda’s beautiful countryside. Along the way, stop at the Equator for photographs before continuing through rolling hills, tea plantations, and traditional villages. Arrive at your lodge in the evening.
Day 3: Gorilla Trekking
Begin early with a briefing from park rangers before entering the forest to search for mountain gorillas. Depending on the location of your assigned gorilla family, the trek may last between two and eight hours. Once located, spend one magical hour observing these incredible animals before returning to the lodge.
Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Travel north to Queen Elizabeth National Park while enjoying scenic views of western Uganda. During the afternoon, take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, where large numbers of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and waterbirds gather.
Day 5: Fly to Nairobi

Day 6: Transfer to Masai Mara

Day 8: Return to Nairobi

Best Time to Visit
